Riverside, IA – Congratulations to Port Byron, IL native, Anthony Ruthey on being selected as the 2019 Charlie Burkart Scholarship honoree by the Iowa PGA Foundation Charlie Burkart Scholarship committee. Anthony will be attending Southern Illinois-Edwardsville to pursue a degree in Business Marketing as he competes on the University's Men's Golf Team.
