CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The Iowa PGA completed the second day and final round of the Cedar Valley Junior Tour Championship at Pheasant Ridge GC. The Cedar Valley Pee Wee Tour Championship was held at Walter’s Ridge today.
The Iowa PGA would like to give a special thanks to Head PGA Professional John Bermel and the entire staff at Pheasant Ridge for their support in hosting this Major Point event. We’d also like to give a shout out to Presenting sponsor Community Motors in Cedar Falls.
We would also like to congratulate our award winners for closest to the pin and longest putt. Palmer Hanson won the closest to the pin by rolling it up seven inches from the pin to win Camelbak water bottle. Thomas Fereday won the contest for the longest putt, sinking it on hole-9 from 35 feet and 7 inches for the Bushnell Range Finder.
