OKOBOJI, Iowa – The second and final neighborhood qualifier took place Thursday afternoon for the Drive, Chip, and Putt at Emerald Hills Golf Course. The top three finishers in each division advance to the Sub-Regional on August 11 at Glen Oaks Country Club in Des Moines.
