Final Round of the 50th Iowa Girls Junior PGA Championship-
Cedar Rapids, Iowa – Final round of the 50th Iowa Girls Junior PGA Championship was a Major Point Event on the 2026 Iowa PGA Junior and Pee Wee Tour held at Elmcrest Country Club.
Congratulations to Ava Lohrbach and Ainsley Wilson who qualified to compete in the 2026 Junior PGA Championship in Frisco, Texas on July 28-31, 2026 at Fields Ranch at PGA Frisco, East & West courses.
In addition to the two qualifiers, there will be two alternates in case of a qualifier not being able to compete. Girls will also have to be 18 or under as of July 29, 2026 to compete at the national event.
Thank you to Mizuno who will be providing a player gift for this event. Player gift will be based on age and gender of winner and more details provided in tee time and pairing email. A contest will be held during round 2 of the event (CTP, Long Putt, etc.). Player gift will be putter, wedge, etc.
Special thanks to PGA Director of Instruction Brian Johnson, PGA Head Professional Brian Russell and the entire Elmcrest Country Club staff and membership for hosting this two-day event.
