Jack McCarty Wins the Fifth Annual Iowa Junior Open-
Riverside, Iowa – The Iowa PGA hosted the fifth Annual Iowa Junior Open 18-Hole on August 7-8 at Blue Top Ridge. This event is held in conjunction with the 2023 Iowa Open, which is the premier Professional Golf event in the State of Iowa. Due to the rain delay the play was changed to 9-hole from 18-hole.
The Champion of the 16-18 Boys Divisions, defending champ Jack McCarty from Solon, Iowa (-3) will receive a complimentary entry in the Amateur Division in the 2024 Iowa Open.
The Iowa PGA would like to thank Bug Soother, ECO Lips and Shattuck-St, Mary’s for their support in hosting, as well as, John Novosel and Bushnell and Camelbak for our Iowa Junior Open 18-hole.
