Sawyer, Tjoa, Vogler and Lohrbach to Compete in Junior PGA Championship

Sawyer, Tjoa, Vogler and Lohrbach to Compete in Junior PGA Championship-
Riverside, Iowa – The Iowa PGA has four junior golfers competing in the Junior PGA Championship will be hosted by Cog Hill Golf & Country Club in Palos Park, Illinois on August 2-5. Owen Sawyer of Cedar Falls, Iowa, Max Tjoa of Cedar Falls, Iowa, Shannyn Vogler of Sherrard, Illinois and Eden Lohrbach of Ames, Iowa all competed in the 46th Iowa Boys and Girls Junior PGA Championship.
 
The 46th Boys Junior PGA Championship was held at Gates Park Golf Course in Waterloo, Iowa on June 7-8. Sawyer’s two-day total rounds of 69-68=137, 7-under-par to claim first place. Tjoa’s two-day total rounds of 74-71=145, 1-over-par to come in second place.
 
The 46th Girls Junior PGA Championship was held at Ellis Park Golf Course in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Vogler’s two-day total rounds of 69-73=142, 2-under-par to claim first place. Lohrbach’s two-day total rounds of 73-73=146, 2-over-par to come in second place.
