- Waterloo, Iowa – The Iowa PGA Waterloo Junior and Pee Wee Classic presented by Community Motors was an Ace Point Event on the 2023 Iowa PGA Junior and Pee Wee Tour held at Irv Warren Memorial Golf Course. Special thanks to PGA Professional’s Monte Meyer Nate Lubs and Brad Clark and the entire staff at Irv Warren Memorial Golf Course for their support in hosting. Click here for results.
- Riverside, Iowa – The Iowa PGA hosted the sub-regional event for Drive, Chip, and Putt on Sunday, August 13 at Blue Top Ridge in Riverside. The Iowa PGA wants to congratulate the 149 youth that qualified for the event and to the 16 golfers (top 2 in each division) that advanced to the regional competition at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Illinois on October 1, 2023. The Iowa PGA would like to thank PGA Director of Golf Michael McNamara, Mike Nelson, CGCS, Golf & Grounds Superintendent and the entire staff at Blue Top Ridge and volunteers for hosting this event. - Burlington, Iowa – The Spirit Hollow Junior was an Ace Point Event on the 2023 Iowa PGA Junior and Pee Wee Tour held at Spirit Hollow Golf Course. - Waterloo, Iowa – The Iowa PGA Section hosted the East and West Sub-Regional competitions Monday morning for the PGA Jr. League program. The teams represented at the East event were Quad Cities North, Quad Cities South, Iowa City/Cedar Rapids West, Iowa City/Cedar Rapids East, Macomb/Galesburg and Dubuque. Teams represented at the West event were teams from Ames/Marshalltown West, Ames/Marshalltown East, Des Moines, Jester Park and Waterloo. Click here for results.
- Solon, Iowa – The Iowa PGA Junior and Pee Wee at Saddleback Ridge was an Ace Point Event on the 2023 Iowa PGA Junior and Pee Wee Tour held at Saddleback Ridge Golf Course. - Dubuque, Iowa – Tracy Vest of Lake House Sports win the Iowa PGA Senior PGA Professional Championship on Thursday, August 17 at Dubuque Golf & Country Club and will lead Seven Section PGA Professionals to compete on October 26-29, in the 35th Senior PGA Professional Championship. Vest turned in a total score of even-par, 70-70=140 to capture the win. Click here for results.
- Cedar Rapids, Iowa – Morgan McMillan of Oneota Golf & Country Club won the Iowa PGA Women’s Professional Championship on Thursday, August 17 at Cedar Rapids Country Club. Format for this event is an 18-hole stroke play. McMillan turned in a winning total of 87, 15-over-par to capture the Iowa PGA Women’s Professional Championship. Click here for results.
